The process varies by the size of the structure, level of customization, change orders, and weather conditions.

After the lot is cleared with the homeowners exclusive desires and the pad is made ready, the foundation is then formed.

Your home begins to take shape with professional framing of exterior walls, interior walls, cornice, and a roof.
Installation of energy efficient windows and exterior doors follow.
Your home is then wrapped with a specified house wrap.
There, your shell is complete!3
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and low voltage are installed next. The home goes through an extensive inspection.
After the inspection is passed the home is insulated with upgraded insulation
pending the homeowners selection type: Batts, Blow-in, or Foam.
The installation of drywall is next and your veneer is installed as well.4
Custom detailed cabinets, custom detailed interior trim, and doors are completed and installed.
Interior walls, trim, and cabinets are painted and stained.
Countertops, backsplashes, and shower walls are installed.
Your choice of flooring is also installed at that time.5
Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drives, and landscaping is then completed.
The home then is cleaned and undergoes another inspection and is detailed to perfection.
Your brand new Unique Custom home is complete.
The builder personally oversees Quality Assurance Policies and Assessment.
